ChemThink: A Chemistry Teacher's Best Friend (and it's Free!)
This Flash site is superb! The ChemThink site was designed to be used by teachers as one tool to help students understand chemistry.
When an instructor signs up for an account, the instructor can get a code that his/her students will then use to register. In this way the instructor will have access to their records to assess their progress.
The site features excellent tutorials, question sets and simulations. The simulations alone are worth a visit!
Each registered student's progress through the tutorials and question sets is recorded in a database so that the instructor can find out which students are finding the material difficult and which ones have already mastered the content.
This site should become a standard tool in any chemistry teacher's teaching toolkit!
